Dream Haiti School of Success, Now Open!

Wondering what Dream Haiti has been up to?

Here are a few updates on our latest work in Haiti.

Since 2016, we have been working on building our school, developing our team and presence in Lachapelle, and taking mission trips to help and experience Haiti. Our vision has always been to “empower people of Haiti to empower others in their community.” We do this through programs that focus on education. On September 10th, 2018, we opened our first school under the authority of Dream Haiti & under the leadership of Ismail and Bethany Succes Jean Baptiste called “Dream Haiti School of Success”. We are giving education to 35 students whose parents couldn’t afford to send to school. We are giving education to 35 students whose parents would have otherwise had to walk miles to take to school. We are raising true Christians and great leaders for a bright future generation.

In our three classrooms, we have 35 students and three qualified Christian teachers that are working with our program coordinator, along with an assistant and gateman. Everyone in the village is excited to see this vision unfold and become a reality. Without the community coming together in the village of Jeanin we wouldn’t be able to do it. Without those of you here in the states that give we would not be able to make it. Thanks to God who has placed each one of you in our lives to support this ministry.

A message from our founders about the opening of our school and how you can take part through sponsorship.
Would you like to take part in the opening of our preschool by becoming a sponsor? We have extended our sponsorship program to now include students from our very own school! There is also a unique opportunity to sponsor a teacher. Our goal this fall is to have 35 sponsors. Would you like to be one of them? Check out the video above for more information on the Dream Haiti School of Success and how you can become a sponsor. You can also visit our website at https://dreamhaiti.org/get-involved/sponsorship/

We will be posting videos on our website and our Facebook page. These videos will highlight people in the village, their testimonies and feelings on the opening of the school.

Last but not least we want to say a very special thank you to our friend in Haiti, Denilson, for taking the school pictures for us. He is an amazing Haitian photographer!

Be blessed and keep dreaming!
